SL600 Combination Shelter

Scotlifts can supply and fit the SL600. The SL600 combines an inflatable head bag and foam pad side seals providing an excellent seal between the building and the vehicle at a competitive price. Once the vehicle has backed onto the side pads, the head bag is inflated by activating the fan motor and loading and unloading the vehicle can take place with good protection from the outside elements. The head bag is manufactured from 1000d cordura type material which is a hardwearing, woven nylon coated fabric with a high tear resistance. The fan used is normally a three phase centrifugal fan that fully inflates the bags between 10-20 seconds. Once the fan is deactivated the head bag will return to its deflated position behind the storage curtain by a counter balance weight system. The side pads are manufactured from lightweight memory foam with excellent return and are bonded to a 50mm treated timber backboard covered with a PVC type material. The pads have a neoprene front face and have wear pleats for extra protection and high visibility guide stripes.
